Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial Period

First-time participants can join one walk at no cost to experience the community before committing to membership.

2. Monthly Membership Refunds

Monthly memberships may be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice. Your final payment period is non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

3. Annual Membership Refunds

Annual memberships provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you cancel. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable but may be cancelled with 30 days notice for the remaining period.

4. How to Cancel

5. Walk Dates & Rescheduling

If a walk is cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will reschedule it. You may participate on the rescheduled date or another scheduled walk.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Special event fees, workshop tickets, and merchandise are non-refundable once purchased.
